Happy Canada Day! It feels a lot like a Saturday around here. We’ve been doing work outside and inside and I’ve even gotten the chance to do some crafting in my studio. We’ll get to watch our neighbourhood fireworks later tonight, without even leaving our house. We go up to our bedroom and watch from there. No bugs! (And the mosquitoes are BAD this year!)
Today marks the beginning of a new Stamp of the Month and this one is fun. I love the script in the sentiments and I loved working with it to create the project we’ll make at my free class on the 15th. Here’s what the stamp set looks like:
And here is the project we’ll be making:
We’ll be doing all sorts of different techniques on this layout. Heat embossing, faux stitching, colouring, second generation stamping, and using the spray pen and stitch guide ruler. For this reason, I’ve decided to limit this class to just this layout. It’ll take quite a while to do all that! How do you sign up for this class? Just place an order of $25 or more (through me or through my website) and email me that you’d like to attend. It’s that simple and the class is free! Just make sure you get your order to me by Monday July 13 so you can be on the list for class on the 15th.
And guess what! This month’s promo is a perfect fit for those who want to attend! Check it out here.
